PT Marketing Assistant

Job Summary:

Painting company home base in NYC servicing many clientele.

We are looking for someone with a passion for marketing that is going to strive for a growing relationship with us and help propel our online presence.

Having content pre-made and scheduled for posting and confirmed with management 1 week prior. Daily report at end of the day organized with the analytical, market, and content research. Having 2 blog posts written and ready for the two a week blog posts (2500 words)

Marketing Assistant responsibilities and duties:

  • Organize market research
  • Writing marketing literature (brochures, press releases, etc) to augment presence in the market
  • Arranging promotional events
  • Assessing results of marketing campaign
  • Assisting the manager in writing reports and analyzing data
  • Help drive online traffic with web-related campaigns
  • Writing online content
  • Communicating with clients on social media platforms
  • Use marketing analytics techniques to gather important data

Marketing Assistant Qualifications:

  • can work under pressure for deadlines and prioritize tasks
  • Understanding of marketing principles
  • well organized with a customer-oriented approach
  • knowledgeable of market research techniques and databases
  • Trello, Slack, google docs, google sheets, adobe photoshop, acrobat, Hubstaff

Marketing Assistant Role:

  • Email Support, Chat Support, Phone Support (Inbound), Phone Support (Outbound) (minimal voice)

Schedule:

  • 9AM-2PM MON-FRI EST - 20hrs/week
