Primary Responsibilities
Follow up with all pending items in the email inbox.
Schedule calls/meetings with customers
Update CRM
Take notes/minutes on calls
Provide L1 support on Zoho chat.
Answer calls on the owner's behalf

Must have skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Basic understanding of cloud and VoIP technologies
Good understanding of Microsoft office tools
Customer service skills/soft skills
Nice to have
Working knowledge of Linux
Already know Zoho
Working knowledge of basic networking technologies
What systems and software you would like the VA to be familiar with?
Microsoft and Zoho. Linux would be a bonus
