- Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or promote new services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer support or client services is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Proficiency in English; multilingual skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and the ability to upsell products when appropriate.
- Comfortable using computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
