We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with full-cycle technical recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great talent. A successful technical recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and referrals. Our ideal recruiter holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing tech candidates.

Technical Recruiter Position responsibilities are:

· Creating new recruiting strategies

· Creating and modifying new job descriptions

· Creating recruitment documents

· Posting jobs on various channels

· Screening of backgrounds

· Conducting interviews

Technical Recruiter requirements are:

· Experience as a Technical Recruiter of at least three years with a proven track record of hiring for technical positions month on month

· Excellent analytical skills

· Familiar with HR databases

· Familiar with MS Office/G Suite

· Great problem-solving skills

· Effective communication skills

· BA/BSC degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
