Job Responsibilities

  • Provide phone, chat, and email support
  • Make outbound sales calls to book appointments with potential customers
  • Do research and lead generation
  • Make follow-up calls to clients who have shown interest in the client's services but have not progressed.
  • The objective of the follow-up call is to persuade the customers to progress with the client's services by booking an appointment to finalize the sale agreement
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

  • Has either of the following work experiences:
  • Appointment setting and lead generation experience (outbound, cold calls)
  • Virtual Assistant experience in sales and customer support (phone, email, and chat)
  • Call Center customer and sales support experience (phone, email, and chat)
  • Excellent English communication skills – Can clearly and effectively convey the right information in verbal and written form;
  • Has active listening skills and effective probing skills
  • Flexible – Willing to take on tasks, instructions, and/or work requests as needed
  • Customer-focused – Someone who is willing to go an extra mile for their customers
  • Resilient – Can work with less supervision, adapt in a fast-paced environment, and multi-task effectively
  • Possesses excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Familiar with Google Suite, cloud services, and other online tools


  • Amenable to work on US business office hours (nighttime, PH)
  • Amenable to work on PH Holidays

Basic Technical Requirements

  • Your own laptop/desktop PC with the following minimum specs: i3 5th gen and above/AMD equivalent; 8GB RAM; Mozilla or Chrome installed
  • A consistent and stable internet connection of at least 10Mbps with a backup internet connection
  • Noise-canceling headset/headphones
  • A quiet and dedicated workspace at home
