Job Summary:

Own a few businesses - Own a series of ice cream shops as well as paint studio + business dev for a medical sales

EA Responsibilities:

  • Appointment reminders, making sure that they are on top of my schedule
  • Help with data entry into my CRM - Salesforce
  • calendar management
  • projects that come up that I need you to research - high level; pricing matrix, researching competitors
  • follow up calls with clients - scheduling appointments into the calendar

Daily task:

  • M-F
  • Switching back and forth from business to business here's a list for customers and accounts I'm looking to schedule in - give them a call
  • here's a number of tasks - eg, here's a list of schools in the area - create a list for us to follow up with
  • enter appointments into my calendar
  • keep me on top of my appointments
  • research info for presentations, you will be briefed
  • add details and add to salesforce

Qualifications:

  • someone great with time management and on top of their tasks
  • data entry, excel, and word skills
  • someone who is a good communicator and can get the message across clearly and quickly
  • great communicator that is easy to get along with
  • Critical thinker - who thinks outside of the box and offers advice on how we can improve systems and processes
  • advanced excel - creating pivot tables, v-lookups, creating formulas in sheets
